Independent procurement role
About TrailerScope Procurement
We help US business buyers define a requirement, approach suitable original manufacturers, normalize responses and organize evidence handoff. We do not make or sell trailers, act as importer of record, insure purchases or issue regulatory decisions.

Working record
What the sourcing file keeps aligned
| Decision | Buyer input | Supplier evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Operational fit | Cargo, route, loading, towing and site constraints | Configuration response and drawing |
| Rated capacity | Required payload and load distribution | Exact-build GVWR, GAWR and empty-weight basis |
| Commercial comparison | Quantity, currency and target trade-off | Itemized price, exclusions and validity |
| Handoff | Destination, inspection and required files | Document list and logistics responsibility |
The record does not turn supplier statements into verified facts. Open points remain marked for clarification, and the buyer decides which evidence is sufficient before accepting terms.
Responsibility boundaries
What this independent service does and does not establish
Do you own a trailer factory?
No factory ownership is represented. We coordinate buyer-side requirement and quotation work with candidate manufacturers.
Are suppliers already audited or authorized?
No blanket approval is claimed. Identity, facilities, capability, references, documents and commercial terms need order-specific due diligence.
Can you confirm certification or registration?
No. Evidence must match the exact category, model, configuration and model year, and qualified destination-side parties assess applicability.
Do you publish market savings?
No fixed savings percentage or market-lowest claim is made. Quotations are compared only after aligning specification, quantity, destination and cost scope.
What happens when information is missing?
The item remains an open question. We request clarification rather than converting an assumption into a specification, inclusion or promise.
Start with a specification, reference link or hauling brief
Include quantity, destination and the ratings or documents that must be verified. TrailerScope Procurement will use that record for controlled supplier outreach.
